Fully Adhered 60 mil TPO Roof System

Low Sloped Roof Only: 1,430 square feet

  • Perform a pre-job meeting with a representative of the building owner to determine jobsite logistics/safety.

  • Obtain building permit as necessary.

  • Furnish & install required safety equipment per current OSHA and Blair Commercial Roofing Guidelines.

  • Load materials onto roof via crane, distributing weight evenly. Cover until use.

  • Remove the existing roof down to the Gypsum Deck. Set aside copper materials for customer to recycle.

  • Furnish and install 1/2” Gypsum Fiber Primed Dens Deck Coverboard over the existing Gypsum Deck. Adhere this coverboard to the Gypsum Deck using adhesive per manufacturer specifications.

  • Furnish and install 60mil Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO). Fully adhere the new TPO to the newly installed coverboard using TPO bonding adhesive. TPO comes in White, Tan, or Gray colors.

  • Furnish and install TPO protective walk-pads around the old wooden roof hatch.

  • Flash all vent curbs and miscellaneous roof penetrations per manufacturer specifications.

  • Stacks & Pipes – All rooftop stacks & pipes will be field flashed per manufacturer specifications using TPO form flashing or be fitted with a prefabricated boot.

  • Furnish and install new 60mil TPO membrane at all walls and terminated under the existing copper counterflashing per manufacturer specifications.

  • Furnish and install two new 24-gauge TPO coated metal scuppers per manufacturer specifications.

  • Clean up and dispose of all roof related debris.

  • Furnish owner with a Twenty (20) Year GAF “No Dollar Limit” Warranty covering both labor and material.

 

24 gauge, Kynar Finished, Standing Seam Metal Roof System

Steep Sloped Roof Only: 4,700 square feet

  • Perform a pre-job meeting with a representative of the building owner to determine jobsite logistics/safety.

  • Obtain building permit as necessary.

  • Furnish & install required safety equipment per current OSHA and Blair Commercial Roofing Guidelines.

  • Load materials onto roof as needed on a day to day basis.

  • Setup a rooftop barricade along gutter edge to prevent material from falling below.

  • Setup a sidewalk overhead protection along Highland Ave & 21st Place South sidewalks. One month rental.

  • Remove the existing roof & furring strips down to the Gypsum Deck.

  • Furnish and install new High Temperature Ice & Water Shield over the gypsum deck per specifications.

  • Furnish and install new 24 gauge, Kynar finished, standing seam metal roof panels per manufacturer specifications. The new roof will have a Loc Seam profile roof. The owner will pick a color from a standard color chart. If a premium color is chosen from the color chart, there will be an additional charge from the manufacturer above this proposal cost.

  • Stacks & Pipes – All rooftop stacks & pipes will be flashed per manufacturer specifications.

  • Furnish and install new 16 oz copper guttering, where existing, per specifications.

  • Clean up and dispose of all roof related debris.

  • Furnish owner with a Twenty (20) Year Material Warranty & Five (5) Year Labor Warranty.

 

Low Sloped Roof Only: 1,430 square feet - 20 Year NDL Warranty

Steep Sloped Roof Only: 4,700 square feet - 20 Year Material Warranty & 5 Year Labor Warranty
